Robotic Cleaning Machines Have Arrived at Colbrook

Cleaning teams are stretched. Floors still need scrubbing at 5am, warehouses still need sweeping every night, and there are never enough hours in the shift. That is exactly the problem the new robotic range from Robert Scott solves, and it is now available through Colbrook.

These are not novelty gadgets. They are serious machines that clean on their own, around the clock, with results that match ride-on sweepers and walk-behind scrubber dryers. They map the building, dodge people and obstacles, and go back to their docking station to charge when the job is done. The full range is on our site under Robotics.

Robotic scrubber dryers

If you are still mopping or running a ride-on machine through the same floors every night, a robotic scrubber dryer will do it without a driver. Three sizes cover everything from a small canteen to a 10,000 m2 distribution centre.

MS60 Robotic Scrubber Dryer

MS60 Robotic Scrubber Dryer: Our biggest machine. Scrubs and dries up to 2,100 m2 per hour with 50L tanks, zero-degree turning and edge cleaning down to 10cm from walls. Runs up to 4 hours per charge and empties its own dirty water.

MS45 Robotic Scrubber Dryer

MS45 Robotic Scrubber Dryer: The compact one. A smaller footprint that sweeps and scrubs in one pass, ideal for leisure centres, schools, healthcare sites and anywhere space is tight. Quick clean function starts it within seconds.

SH1 Upright Scrubber Dryer

SH1 Upright Scrubber Dryer: A walk-behind upright that scrubs and dries in a single pass. Touch screen controls, and it uses 80% less water than a mop. Handheld kit and spare battery are available separately.

Robotic sweepers

For dust, debris and big open areas, the MT1 family does the lot. Each one sweeps autonomously and reports what it has cleaned, so you can see exactly what the robot has done overnight.

MT1 Robotic Sweeper

MT1 Robotic Sweeper: The world’s first AI-powered sweeping robot. Recognises waste in real time, sweeps up to 6,000 m2 per hour in spot cleaning mode, and works 24/7 with a 35L debris bin.

MT1 Max Robotic Sweeper

MT1 Max Robotic Sweeper: The outdoor-capable version. 3D LiDAR navigation and dual processors for warehouses, loading bays and car parks. Handles slopes and rain with a full safety system.

MT1 Vac Robotic Vacuum and Sweeper

MT1 Vac Robotic Vacuum and Sweeper: Sweeps, vacuums and dust-mops across areas up to 100,000 m2. A 6L bin plus 14L dust capacity keeps it running through long shifts in airports, warehouses and shopping centres.

Docking stations, batteries and accessories

Every robot in the range pairs with its own docking or charging station, so it can run continuous cycles without staff involvement. Spares and add-ons are available for each machine.

Meta-Scrub 60 Integrated Docking Station

Meta-Scrub 60 Integrated Docking Station: Charges the MS60 and automatically manages clean water fill and dirty water drain.

MS45 Robotic Charging Station

MS45 Robotic Charging Station: Dock-and-charge station for the MS45.

MS60 Robotic Charging Station

MS60 Robotic Charging Station: Dock-and-charge station for the MS60.

MT1 Robotic Docking Station

MT1 Robotic Docking Station: Docking and charging station for the MT1, MT1 Max and MT1 Vac.

SH1 Upright Scrubber Dryer Battery

SH1 Upright Scrubber Dryer Battery: Replacement 18Ah battery for the SH1.

SH1 Upright Scrubber Dryer Handheld Kit

SH1 Upright Scrubber Dryer Handheld Kit: Unlocks handheld cleaning of glass, tiled walls, mirrors and windows with the SH1.

Why go robotic?

The maths is straightforward. A robot cleans for up to 10 hours a day without breaks, sick days or overtime. It frees your team for the jobs that need human judgement, and it cleans consistently every single time. The MT1 Vac covers areas up to 100,000 m2, and the MS60 scrubs at up to 2,100 m2 per hour.

Maintenance is minimal: the robots are serviced twice a year by Robert Scott engineers, backed by a national service network. Demos and finance packages are available through the supplier, so you can see one working on your own floor before you commit.
